2. Individual Photography Agreements
Every photography experience is unique. Specific terms relating to services, pricing, payments, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, deliverables, image usage, and client responsibilities are established through an individual photography agreement.
Each client is responsible for reviewing and understanding their agreement before signing or submitting payment.
In the event of any inconsistency between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed photography agreement, the signed photography agreement will govern the photography services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Booking & Reservations
Submitting an inquiry, requesting availability, or discussing photography services does not constitute a confirmed booking.
All bookings are subject to the terms and requirements outlined in each client's individual photography agreement, including any applicable contracts, deposits, and payment requirements.
Availability and reservations are confirmed according to the conditions established in the individual photography agreement.
4. Pricing & Payments
Photography packages, pricing, payment schedules, deposits, and remaining balances are determined by each client's individual photography agreement.
Payments may be processed through Squarespace and its supported third-party payment providers. Transactions may also be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy practices.
Any additional fees, payment deadlines, or financial obligations associated with photography services will be addressed in the individual photography agreement.
5. Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling
All policies regarding deposits, refunds, cancellations, postponements, rescheduling, and additional fees are governed by the terms of each client's individual photography agreement, subject to applicable law.
Clients are encouraged to carefully review their agreement before signing or submitting payment.
6. Photography & Usage Rights
All original photographs created by Caiti Rose Photography are protected under applicable copyright laws.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Caiti Rose Photography retains copyright ownership of its original photographic work.
Client usage rights, printing permissions, commercial licensing, image sharing, and any other applicable restrictions are outlined in each client's individual photography agreement.
7. Image Delivery & Online Galleries
Completed photographs may be delivered through a third-party online gallery service.
Delivery timelines, image quantities, editing expectations, gallery access, download permissions, and any applicable expiration dates are determined by each client's individual photography agreement.
Third-party gallery providers may maintain their own terms of service and privacy policies.
8. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All original photographs, written content, graphics, logos, branding, and other creative materials displayed on this website are owned by Caiti Rose Photography or used with appropriate permission.
