Fresh graduates, summer light, and one unforgettable dive into Moses Lake.

This session with Lauren and Noah was pure summer fun. Noah is the son of a good friend of mine, and Lauren came down from Idaho to watch him graduate from high school, so we took the chance to celebrate the two of them together. We spent the evening along the shores of Moses Lake, wandering through the tall grass, wading into the water, and soaking up that soft golden light.

These two were up for anything, and they gave me the freedom to be as creative as I wanted. That meant splashing in the shallows, sitting right in the water, and yes, even taking a full dive into Moses Lake. They came up laughing every time, and those carefree, joyful moments are some of my favorite images I’ve ever made.

Lauren and Noah, thank you for being so fun and so brave! Congratulations on graduating, and I can’t wait to see what this next season holds for you both.
